We want everyone who visits siragusahq.com to be able to read it, use it and get in touch.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on every page.
How the site is built
- Before each update goes live, every page is checked with automated accessibility tests and by keyboard.
- Every image has a text description, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The whole site works with a keyboard alone, and a visible outline shows where you are.
- Text and background colors are chosen to keep text easy to read.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the animated backgrounds stay still. Anyone can stop them with the “Pause motion” button, and your device remembers that choice.
Other sites
Links to other organizations, such as IAAO, open their own pages. We can’t fix problems on sites that aren’t ours.
